  TEAM ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

T.A.P.

The Team Assistance Program leads a football team and its community to success by providing a playbook to maximize a team's community assets and the community's own involvement in its team. American Football Alumni will show teams and towns how to set their own examples. Like a coach who turns a perennial laughingstock into a proud contender, each district has a franchise that will be a symbol of hard work and beliefs!

COACHES WHO CAN OUTLINE PLAYS ON A BLACK BOARD ARE A DIME A DOZEN. THE ONES WHO WIN GET INSIDE THEIR PLAYER AND MOTIVATE.
Vince Lombardi

What exactly can the Team Assistance Program do for a local team?

  • RAISE FUNDS
    • Earmark "Funds and Grants" for football teams that sign up for our Team Assistance Program
    • Show local businesses how supporting a football team is actually supporting a town and the families that reside in it
    • Create a network of continued funding and support for a team
  • INCREASE EXPOSURE
    • Teach coaches and athletic directors on how to gain more publicity for their football programs
    • Raise awareness of teams and the impact they are making in their communities
  • BUILD COMMUNITIES
    • Involve community with their football team through better communication
    • Ensure that everyone, not only the players, are contributing to its team's success
  • ESTABLISH A SUCCESSFUL PROGRAM
    • Provide coaching clinics for youth and high school teams to maximize football skills
    • Implement a solid team and community foundation based on AFA support
    • Reach out to and organize the actions of all football programs in the local area
Community action and participation are key elements of the Team Assistance Program; a successful program goes beyond the win column!
